Job Description

About Us:
Are you a Dental Assistant looking for a privately owned practice where you can make a difference every day? Do you enjoy building relationships with patients and being part of a close-knit, supportive team? If so, we'd love to talk with you! If you're interested in expanding your skills beyond chairside assisting and looking to incorporate more front office skills, this could be a great opportunity for you. We're looking for someone who is excited to learn additional aspects of the practice, including patient communication, answering phones, and scheduling. This is a flexible full-time position offering $22•24 per hour, based on experience, plus a 401(k) with employer match.
Current Schedule:
Monday:
6:30 AM•1:00
PM Tuesday:
9:30 AM•7:00
PM Wednesday:
10:00AM•2:00 PM (FO)
Thursday:
6:30 AM•1:00
PM Fridays:
6:30 AM•1:00 PM Every other
Saturday:
7:30 AM•1:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
Responsibilities:
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to): Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room. Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Develop a relationship with the patient. Follow all
OSHA/HIPAA
guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed. Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant High school diploma or
GED Preferred Qualifications:
