Job Description

Dental Assistant We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a Dental Assistant, you will support multiple providers and team members to ensure smooth clinical flow and exceptional patient care. Position Overview The Dental Assistant plays a key role in: Supporting doctors and hygienists as needed Assisting with a variety of procedures Maintaining operatory efficiency Ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout the day This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to step in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chairside during general dental procedures Set up and break down operatories Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take digital X-rays and impressions (as licensed/allowed) Support hygiene when needed Help manage clinical supply inventory Ensure rooms are fully stocked and prepared Provide excellent patient communication and reassurance
Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols Experience with dental software preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset
