We are seeking someone who is comfortable working in a busy dental environment, provides excellent patient care, and works well as part of a team. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Assist dentists during exams and treatment procedures using four-handed dentistry Prepare and turn over operatories before and after appointments Take diagnostic dental radiographs Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols Assist with restorative, endodontic, surgical, and other dental procedures Educate patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene Accurately document patient information and treatment in Open Dental Maintain cleanliness, organization, and supplies throughout the operatories and lab Monitor instruments, materials, and clinical supplies Help maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day Provide patients with a professional, comfortable, and positive experience Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Spanish-speaking required Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and aseptic technique Comfortable taking dental X-rays Experience assisting with endodontic procedures and surgical extractions preferred Familiarity with Open Dental is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment Professional attitude and strong attention to detail What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Sign-on bonus available Supportive and professional work environment Opportunities to expand clinical skills and grow with the practice We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.
