Lake Bluff Family Dentistry, a privately owned, fee-for-service, general dentist office located in beautiful Lake Bluff, Illinois, is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. We have been serving the Lake Bluff community since 2018. Dr. Khan continues to deliver expert care and foster a comforting patient experience by transforming patients' smiles into ones they love! As a Dental Assistant on our team you will: Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Assist the doctor during all restorative procedures such as fillings and crowns Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to protocol Take digital radiographs, as well as intraoral photographs as instructed by the doctor Maintain accurate patient records Our ideal dental assistant candidate will: Have a passion for dentistry & provide excellent customer service in a personable, positive manner Current Illinois X-Ray Certification (Preferred) iTero experience (Preferred) CPR Certified (Preferred) Dentrix experience is a big plus! 2+ years of chairside assisting experience (Preferred) •All experience levels are welcome to apply!•We are offering the rare opportunity to thrive in a career position while still having a meaningful home life!
