Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience required Coronal Polishing Certificate required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Reliable and dependable Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures, anticipating clinical needs and providing efficient support Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures Manage and coordinate all laboratory cases , including tracking and follow-up Create and maintain clinical notes using established templates and office protocols Operate the PrimeScan 3D scanner proficiently to obtain accurate digital impressions Order dental supplies and manage office inventory , including monitoring stock levels, maintaining appropriate supply levels, and coordinating timely reorders Maintain a clean, organized, and properly disinfected clinical environment while following appropriate infection-control and aseptic techniques Communicate professionally and effectively with patients and team members Educate and assist patients as appropriate to promote a comfortable and positive experience Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of dental procedures to maintain an efficient clinical workflow Stay current with dental technology, procedures, and best practices to continuously improve skills and performance Why Join Us?
