Job Description
Bilingual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant (English, Spanish) Vida Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated bilingual team member to join our dental practice. This position combines front desk responsibilities with dental assisting and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team. Exceptional customer service is a top priority. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, patient, professional, and committed to making every patient feel comfortable and well cared for. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional service from check-in to check-out Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare, clean, and disinfect treatment rooms Take dental X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies Work closely with the team to keep the office running smoothly Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish - required Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment Willing to help both at the front desk and with dental assisting Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Previous dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid time off Supportive and friendly team environment Training and opportunities to learn and grow Modern dental office If you are dependable, enjoy helping people, and take pride in providing excellent customer service , we would love to hear from you.
