We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join our oral surgery team as a Dental Sterilization & Clinical Support Assistant. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a healthcare environment but may not have previous dental experience. We are willing to train the right person! The primary focus of this role will be keeping our clinical areas organized, clean, and prepared so that our surgical team can provide excellent patient care. Schedule & Availability Our offices are open Monday through Friday, as well as two weekends per month. Because of our surgical schedule, weekend availability is required for this position. The position will also require the ability to travel between our Westmont and Elmwood Park locations as needed. Responsibilities Sterilize and properly process dental and surgical instruments Clean, disinfect, and prepare operatories between patients Set up operatories for scheduled procedures Break down and turn over operatories efficiently Ensure instruments and supplies are available and properly organized Restock clinical supplies as needed Assist the clinical team with maintaining an organized and efficient workflow Review post-operative instructions with patients when needed Assist with general clinical duties as directed Follow all office, infection-control, and safety protocols Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Willing and able to travel between locations Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A strong team player with a positive attitude Willing to learn and take direction Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently Professional and friendly when interacting with patients No prior dental experience is required! We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
