As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for Dental Assistants who want to grow with us. What You'll Be Doing Our Dental Assistants play an important role both chairside and in the patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

Providing chairside assistance during general dentistry procedures Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining an organized clinical environment Assisting with fillings, crowns and bridges, implant restorations, whitening, and other general dentistry procedures Taking and developing dental x-rays Working with digital technology such as CEREC and iTero - experience is a big plus Reviewing upcoming treatment with patients and answering questions about what to expect Communicating clearly and comfortably with patients Helping keep the schedule moving efficiently by communicating with the front desk and clinical team Participating in team huddles and contributing to collaborative treatment planning Supporting your teammates and stepping in where needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of dental assisting and can step into a busy general practice with confidence.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous dental assisting experience - at least 1 year A solid understanding of basic dental assisting procedures Strong patient communication skills The confidence to speak with patients and explain what comes next in their treatment Strong teamwork and dependability A positive, professional attitude Dental x-ray certification strongly preferred CEREC and/or iTero experience is a big plus Dentrix experience is helpful We are happy to support the right candidate with obtaining x-ray certification when needed, but we are not looking for someone completely new to dental assisting . You should be comfortable with the basics and ready to continue developing your skills.

PM Tuesday:

9:15 AM-7:00

PM Wednesday:

8:15 AM-5:00

PM Thursday:

9:15 AM-7:00

PM Fridays:

As needed, generally around once a month or less, with advance notice. Friday time may be used for team training, continuing education, or practice needs.
