Job Description

Dental Assistant-Willing to Train! Endodontic Associates is seeking a positive, energetic, and skilled Dental Assistant who is detail-oriented to join our specialized team. Schedule Full-time :
4 Day Workweek(Mon-Fri with a rotating day off)
Hours :
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Flexibility :
Designated two nights per week to remain on-site past 5:00 PM to facilitate care for treatments when needed. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will deliver clinical excellence and exceptional patient care by working with our specialist(s) during advanced endodontic procedures. Strong communication, seamless teamwork, and a comforting patient bedside manner are vital to success in our practice.
Chairside Assisting:
Support endodontists during root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
Imaging & Software:
Take digital X-rays (CBCT/3D) and update patient records in TDO.
Patient Care:
Help alleviate dental anxiety by keeping patients comfortable and informed.
Sterilization & Setup:
Maintain clean treatment rooms, instruments, and handpieces.
Requirements & Qualifications Certification :
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.
X-Ray & Radiology :
Active state-issued dental radiography/X-ray certification is required , or the candidate must obtain their radiology license during training.
Experience :
Prior dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
