This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is comfortable working chairside, values efficiency, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment. Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories in accordance with infection control protocols Take digital radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral images Record and update patient medical histories and clinical notes accurately Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Support front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communication Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting and 4 handed dentistry experience required X-ray certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements) Current CPR/BLS certification required EFDA certification preferred (if applicable) Strong clinical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical and vision insurance options 401(k) with employer matching Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and well-equipped operatories About Perfect Smiles Dental Care We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
