Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a practice where your skills are valued and you can build a long-term career? Advanced Dental Center is a family-owned dental practice group looking for an experienced full-time Dental Assistant to join our Brooks team. We are looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in general dentistry and is comfortable assisting with restorative procedures. ADC believes that the strongest practices are built by teams that work together! What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with general and restorative dentistry and can confidently support the doctor throughout the patient visit.You should be comfortable with:
Assisting with general restorative procedures Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms Anticipating the doctor's needs during procedures Taking diagnostic dental X-rays Following infection-control and sterilization protocols Reviewing the schedule and preparing for upcoming procedures Providing clear and professional patient communication Working collaboratively with the clinical and front-office teams Maintaining accurate and organized clinical documentationRequirements:
Required Qualifications 1+ years of previous dental assisting experience Experience assisting with general restorative dentistry Current X-ray certification Current CPR certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and professional work habits Compensation $21-$26 per hour Bonus program available in addition to hourly compensation. Starting compensation is based on dental assisting experience, restorative knowledge, and demonstrated clinical abilities . Experienced assistants with stronger restorative skills and the ability to work more independently may qualify toward the higher end of the range.Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:10 AM-5:00PM Friday:
7:10 AM-2:30 PM One Saturday every six weeks at Okolona location: 8:30 AM-1:00 PM Why Advanced Dental Center?
