We are an implant-forward general practice led by fellowship-trained dentists (FICOI) who are passionate about advanced dentistry and growing great teams. We place implants, restore full-arch cases, and offer a full range of general and surgical services. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Chairside assisting for general, surgical, and implant procedures Sterilization and infection control per OSHA standards Digital radiographs and intraoral photography Patient care coordination and treatment presentation support Instrument setup, breakdown, and tray preparation Assist with implant and full-arch surgical cases

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Louisiana-registered dental assistant or EDDA (preferred) Radiology certification (required or willing to obtain immediately) Chairside experience preferred, but will train the RIGHT candidate Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Comfortable in a fast-paced surgical environment Eagerness to learn and grow — this is non-negotiable

EDDA CERTIFICATION

If you're not yet an EDDA, we will support your path to certification. We want team members who want to do more, learn more, and grow with us long-term. This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. This is a career opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something being built from the ground up.
