Dental Assistant 4+ days per week. Join a great office and work with excellent team of staff and doctors. We are seeking a Skilled General Dental Assistant in our friendly family practice. General dental assisting skills required, and any advanced skills are a plus. You'll have an opportunity to enhance your skills in digital dentistry, and have basic exposure to perio and endo while working in a general dentistry environment. We are a highly rated local Family Practice with a great staff and the best patients. CDA, EFDA, or FT preferred. Excellent work environment and room for growth for the right individual. Responsibilities Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry General lab tasks as instructed Order and maintain dental supplies and inventory Skills Proven experience as dental assistant Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to coordinate clinical area.
