Key Responsibilities Assist doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards Take digital x-rays and intraoral photographs Take digital impressions/scans Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions Manage and track lab cases Maintain clinical supply inventory and restock treatment rooms Support smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and the front office team What We're Looking For Massachusetts Dental Assistant certification required or in progress Massachusetts Radiology certification required or in progress We're happy to support the right candidate through the certification process Current CPR certification HIPAA and OSHA training Eaglesoft experience is a plus — training provided All experience levels welcome — full training available for the right candidate Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills and the ability to put patients at ease Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment Team-oriented mindset and commitment to our practice's core values What We Offer Monday-Thursday Paid time off Health insurance for full-time employees Modern office and technology Hands-on training and mentorship Supportive, collaborative team environment
