Job Description

We are an established family practice located in Medway, MA and we are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our amazing team. We are looking for a dependable person with excellent people skills who can work in a fast-paced environment and assist patients and the dentist during various dental procedures. This is a full time position, Mon-Thu and alternating
Fri Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and answering questions and requests from patients Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Uphold a positive rapport with staff members and patients at all times. Demonstrate safe and cost-effective practices when utilizing supplies and equipment. Assist office in achieving defined goals. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
MA Dental Assistant License Radiology Certification Experience in a dental office is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
