The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated and self-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, supporting contractors and building relationships face-to-face. This role is responsible for managing our established Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island territory. We're not just looking to fill a position; we want someone ready to take ownership of the territory and treat it like it's their own business. This territory has a strong existing customer base, the support of our entire team, and significant room for continued growth. We need an outside sales hunter who can identify those opportunities, build relationships, earn business, and take the territory to the next level. Industry experience is not required. You don't need to walk through the door as a pump or water treatment expert. What matters most is your ability to sell, your willingness to learn, your work ethic, and your drive to grow. You'll be fully supported with real-world coaching, hands-on guidance, manufacturer resources, and ongoing technical and sales training. Our sales team participates in weekly training sessions designed to continually improve product knowledge, technical ability, and the skills needed to sell solutions in the field. What You'll Be Doing Visiting well drilling and water system contractors on-site or at their businesses. Supporting customers with product recommendations, questions, pricing, and service. Collaborating closely with our inside team and technical staff to deliver solutions. Building relationships and earning trust through consistent follow-up and support. Driving territory growth through proactive prospecting and value-added selling. Keeping your customers informed about industry changes, system upgrades, and promotions.
