• with a strong focus on integrity, patient care and affordability. What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience
• able to hit the ground running Radiology certification required Basic experience with intraoral scanners/digital impressions Comfortable with computers and learning new technology Organized, dependable and good with patients Willing to take on more responsibility as trust grows Someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, efficient office Primary schedule: Friday & Saturday Sunday would only be considered occasionally, on a case-by-case basis, if needed and discussed in advance.

Pay:

$20

• 30/hour depending on experience.

Performance-based bonus opportunities may begin around the 3-month mark. Room to Grow This can become much more than an assisting position. For the right person, we see a path toward Lead Assistant and eventually an Acting Office Manager role as the practice grows. You'll be working with a dentist with 14+ years of experience who is flexible, approachable and believes strongly in integrity, patient care and treating the team well. We work hard, take dentistry seriously, and still believe work should be enjoyable. Bonus Points if You Like Social Media Not required at all

• but we'd love someone who is comfortable helping us keep the office a little fun and relevant on Instagram and social media . That might mean helping with simple office videos, patient-friendly content, funny dental posts, team moments, or occasionally saying, "Doctor, that Reel idea is terrible." No influencer experience needed
• just a good sense of humor and willingness to participate.

Know Someone Great? We may also need a separate person during the weekdays to help with phones, scheduling, patient follow-up and other non-clinical office work. For that position, we'd prefer someone with basic dental assisting experience or someone newer to assisting who wants to learn and grow. Radiology certification would be a plus but may not be required initially. For the right person, we're willing to help develop additional clinical skills and work toward certification over time.
