Responsibilities As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide an excellent experience for our patients.

Responsibilities include:

Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories according to infection-control standards Take dental X-rays when properly licensed and certified Assist with restorative, crown, bridge, surgical, implant, and other dental procedures Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory Help keep patient flow efficient and the clinical schedule running on time Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Work closely with doctors, hygienists, front desk staff, and other dental assistants What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Professional and respectful Friendly and comfortable working with patients Organized and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment Willing to help coworkers and work as part of a team Able to follow OSHA, infection-control, and practice protocols Interested in a stable, long-term position Why Join Q Smile Dental Spa?
