Job Description

Dental Assistant - 2 days / Week Our practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to support our Dentists in delivering exceptional care. Raynham Dental Group is a well established practice with a fun, upbeat team! Our staff is supportive and encouraging. If you're looking for a practice and flexible to work 2 days a week, we'd love to chat!
Schedule:
2 days/week on Tuesday from 12p-8p and Thursdays from 8am-5p.
Responsibilities:
Strive to provide the best patient experience Support and Assist dentist chairside with clinical treatment of patients. Assist with documentation and the upkeep of records Listen, empathize and address all patient concerns Provide clear communication and education on treatment plans and maintaining oral health. Oversee operatory set-up and clean-up, including sterilization process. Take radiographs/x-rays Support front desk and office manager as needed with admin needs, patient calls, etc.
Qualifications:
Min. 1 year experience as Dental Assistant CRP Certification- Radiography/ X-RAY certification per state guidelines Well versed in dental terminology and procedures Maintains a positive, collaborative and supportive disposition with team and patients Maintain compliance with state dental practice requirements (i.e., X-ray requirements, OSHA, and CE training). Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
