We are a privately owned, two location practice that serves patients throughout the North Shore. We seek an eager, enthusiastic, and experienced Surgical Assistant who excels in: Having a 5-star service approach to patient care Cross-training with our administrative team for seamless patient service Communicating with patients and their families with compassion Understanding doctor treatment options to better educate patients & families. Proven, chairside dental assisting in a private practice (required) Teamwork, multi-tasking, & problem solving Our Dental Assistant Requirements include: Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license 2+ years dental assisting experience required, surgical experience a plus Current BLS certification Flexibility to work at both our Winchester (Winchester Oral Surgery) and Salem (NorthShore Oral Surgery) locations required Reliable and consistent attendance is crucial for this role - As a key member of our team, your commitment to punctuality and regular attendance directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality care to our patients and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. We value team members who take pride in their responsibility to contribute to a dependable and efficient work environment. This is a full-time position. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM. No Nights or Weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
