What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment Experience with chairside assisting and dental procedures preferred Massachusetts dental assisting experience is a plus Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilized. Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Utilize 3D scanners for accurate impressions and models. Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory and equipment.
