FULL TIME / PART TIME DENTAL ASSISTANT
for enthusiastic, highly motivated dental assistant to join our team. We are a private family dental practice located in Worcester. Interested candidates must have dental training, experience preferred but not necessary, must have radiology certification, active dental assistant license, current CPR and OSHA certificate, must be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally. Dental front desk experience would be helpful but not necessary. We are willing to train someone who is detail oriented with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Prepare and maintain dental equipment and ensure compliance with aseptic techniques. Take and develop dental radiographs while adhering to safety protocols. Manage patient records and appointments using EMR systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
