Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Team member to join our dynamic dental practice. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the clinical operations of the dental office, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dentistry and a passion for leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor the clinical team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure compliance with all infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety. Assist in various procedures, utilizing skills in medical imaging and medical records management. Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medical coding as necessary. Monitor equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for procedures. Address patient concerns and inquiries, providing excellent customer service throughout their treatment journey. Skills Proficient in medical records management and familiar with Dentrix Ascend software. Strong background in assisting with dental procedures, including knowledge of medical imaging techniques. X-Ray Certified Comfortable with Invisalign scanning and pictures Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
