Job Description

Dental Assistant Elevated Oasis Dental is opening in September! This isn't just another dental assisting position. We're building a different kind of dental practice. At Elevated Oasis Dental , we believe dentistry should improve lives, not just smiles. Our office has been thoughtfully designed to feel more like a luxury retreat than a traditional dental office. Every patient interaction should feel calm, welcoming and personalized, with the warmth and attention you'd expect from a high-end spa on a self-care day. If you're looking for a place where you simply set up rooms, pass instruments and go home, this probably isn't the right fit. If you love helping patients feel comfortable, take pride in staying one step ahead of the doctor and want to help build an exceptional practice from the ground up, we'd love to meet you. Who We're Looking For We're searching for an experienced Dental Assistant who understands that exceptional assisting is about more than clinical skills—it's about creating a smooth, comfortable and memorable experience for every patient.
You should be confident with:
  • Chairside assisting for general and restorative procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms and anticipating the doctor's needs
  • Taking quality digital X-rays
  • Infection control, sterilization and OSHA standards
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Educating patients and reinforcing treatment recommendations
  • Helping anxious patients feel comfortable and cared for
  • Maintaining instruments, supplies and clinical inventory
  • Keeping the clinical schedule moving efficiently
  • Creating a smooth handoff between the clinical and administrative teams We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has dental assisting experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Genuinely enjoys taking care of patients
  • Is warm, polished and professional
  • Understands the importance of creating an exceptional patient experience
  • Anticipates what needs to happen instead of waiting to be told
  • Is organized and pays attention to details
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes constructive feedback well and wants to continue growing
  • Takes ownership of their responsibilities
  • Wants to help build systems, not just follow them
  • Is excited by new challenges
  • Believes no job is "beneath them" Because we're a startup, everyone wears multiple hats.
That means you will:
  • Help support the front office when needed
  • Greet and assist patients throughout their visit
  • Participate in community events
  • Represent the practice through ground marketing
  • Help maintain a beautiful, organized and welcoming environment
  • Help create unforgettable patient experiences Qualifications
  • Dental assisting experience required; 2+ years preferred

  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Knowledge of Oryx dental software a plus, but not required
  • Reliable transportation for community events
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude The Right Fit Skills are important, but so are attitude, reliability and culture fit.
