We are seeking someone who is passionate about patient care, works well with others, and can help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for our Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take dental X-rays as permitted by certification Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Assist with patient education and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate patient records Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking patients Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Follow OSHA and office safety protocols Assist the dental team with daily office operations Qualifications Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Fluent in Spanish and English Previous dental assisting experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and dependable Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Maryland-required dental assisting certifications/credentials What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for professional growth Employee dental benefits Paid time off Team-oriented, patient-focused practice
