Job Description
We are looking for a Certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, personable, and motivated professional who takes pride in providing excellent patient care and supporting a high-functioning dental practice. What We're Looking For Certified Expanded Function Dental Assistant Must have 3 years of CDA expereince Experience with Open Dental software Familiar with CEREC systems and same-day dentistry Experience with iTero digital scanning Comfortable assisting with oral surgery, dental implants, and other advanced procedures. Strong understanding and consistent application of infection control and steralization protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional and personable chariside manner. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to details. Commintment to patient comfort, safety, and quality care Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general, restorative, surgical, and implant proceures Provide chairside support and anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients. Take digital impressions/scans using the iTero system.
