Help guide patients through their treatment journey while creating an exceptional patient experience. Your income potential will be in your hands! #IND2 What You'll Do Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and patient-friendly manner Help patients understand the value and benefits of recommended treatment Coordinate consultations, treatment appointments, and follow-up visits Assist patients with insurance verification, financing options, and payment arrangements Maintain accurate treatment records and patient communications Track pending treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to create a seamless patient experience Support practice growth through strong patient relationships and exceptional service What We're Looking For Dental Treatment Coordinator experience is a plus Must speak Spanish Dental Assistant or Dental Front Desk experience welcomed—we are willing to train the right candidate Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing treatment, finances, and scheduling with patients Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others Team-oriented mindset and desire for long-term career growth Compensation & Benefits $60,000 salary plus bonus potentail that can up to double your income Performance-based bonus potential once trained Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance benefits In-house dental plan 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year
