Job Description
A rapidly growing, modern dental office in Ann Arbor is seeking a positive, caring, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Update and maintain accurate dental records Sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take digital dental X-rays Take digital intraoral scans Take dental impressions and pour study models Assist with dental charting Support the dentist and patients during challenging or complex procedures Present treatment plans and discuss treatment costs with patients Order and maintain dental supplies and inventory Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Qualifications & Preferred Experience Previous dental assisting experience preferred Experience with Eaglesoft dental software preferred Experience with root canals, surgical extractions, clear aligners, and implants is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and compassionate approach toward patients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Open-minded, dependable, and willing to learn Comfortable supporting both the provider and patients during complex procedures What We Offer Full-time or part-time opportunities Competitive compensation Paid time off (PTO) 401 K Retirement Plan Matching Dental and Health Benefit Uniform Allowance A warm, friendly, and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding modern dental practice If you are passionate about dentistry and enjoy making patients feel comfortable and cared for, we would love to have you join our team!
