RDA or CDA or EFDA to join our amazing team . Our offices have been established for over 33 years.! Must have over 5 years experience in general dental chair side assisting. Our amazing team is welcoming to new team members, and will help you succeed. Intra oral scanning and making temp crowns is a must. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing dental instruments, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring all tools are ready for procedures in accordance with infection prevention management and aseptic techniques. Assist dentists during a variety of procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, providing chairside support with precision and professionalism. Take high-quality dental x-rays and medical imaging using advanced equipment such as 3D scanners while adhering to dental sterilization procedures and radiation safety protocols. Manage patient records accurately within electronic medical records (EMR systems) such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or other patient management software while maintaining strict clinical confidentiality policies in line with HIPAA regulations. Monitor vital signs and assist in patient care before, during, and after treatments to ensure comfort and safety throughout their visit. Support the dental reception process by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient flow efficiently using patient management software. Follow infection control standards rigorously by practicing healthcare infection prevention and control expertise to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a sterile environment at all times. Skills Proficiency with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for scheduling, record keeping, and billing processes. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical procedures related to general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Experience with dental x-ray techniques including digital radiography and 3D imaging tools while maintaining safety standards. Skilled in dental instrument processing, sterilization procedures, aseptic technique, and infection prevention management to uphold clinic hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages while demonstrating compassionate patient care. Ability to perform dental assisting tasks such as four-handed dentistry techniques that enhance efficiency during procedures. Knowledge of healthcare infection prevention policies and clinical confidentiality policies aligned with HIPAA compliance. Familiarity with dental equipment operation including chairs, handpieces, curing lights, intraoral cameras, and other clinical tools used in modern dentistry. $29.00 - $30.40 per hour
