  • and long-term disability options Modern, technology-driven practice Opportunities to grow into lead or expanded clinical roles Supportive leadership and a team-oriented environment Collaboration with a neighboring multi-specialty dental practice What You'll Do Assist the dentist chairside with a variety of general dentistry procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient room turnover Take dental X-rays and assist with clinical documentation Provide excellent patient care and education Maintain infection control and sterilization standards Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently Work closely with the dental team to create a positive patient experience Collaborate with our neighboring specialty team when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred General dentistry experience strongly preferred Comfortable working chairside in a busy practice Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Strong communication and patient-care skills Willingness to learn and grow Experience with Open Dental, iTero, or CBCT is a plus , but we are willing to train the right person Our Technology You'll work in a modern practice equipped with: Open Dental iTero digital scanner CBCT Modern digital technology and equipment Schedule Approximately 38-40 hours per week: •Some combination of our office hours below•

Requirements:
Education and Training High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession. Valid X-ray certificate. Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements). CPR & first aid certificate.

Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to: Operations Manager
