$15.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) About Us 313 Dental is a modern, full-service dental practice in Dearborn, MI, offering everything from general dentistry to advanced cosmetic and surgical procedures — including implants, extractions, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and facial cosmetics (Botox and filler). We run on Archy, a cloud-based practice management platform, keeping our team organized and our workflow efficient. We're looking for a skilled, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team long-term — someone who wants to grow with the practice, with real potential to advance into a Lead Dental Assistant role. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of procedures, including general dentistry, extractions, root canals, implants, cosmetic dentistry, and facial cosmetic treatments (Botox/filler) Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment per infection control and sterilization protocols Take and process dental x-rays as needed Assist with patient charting and documentation using Archy Prepare materials and take impressions as directed Educate patients on post-procedure care and oral hygiene Help keep the schedule running smoothly and support front-desk/clinical coordination as needed Maintain inventory and order dental supplies Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant CPR/BLS certification Comfortable working across a broad procedure mix — from routine general dentistry to implants, root canals, cosmetic/facial procedures, and Invisalign Experience with cloud-based dental software (Archy experience a plus, but not required) Strong chairside manner, attention to detail, and reliability Team player who's looking for a long-term role and open to growing into more responsibility over time What We Offer Full-time, consistent schedule Competitive hourly pay ($15-$30/hr, based on experience) A modern, cloud-based practice with a broad, interesting case mix Real growth path toward a Lead Dental Assistant position for the right person
