We take pride in delivering high-quality dentistry and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care Maintain accurate clinical records and charting Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Work collaboratively with the front office and clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Current Dental Assistant certification and radiography certification (if required by state) Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player Experience with EagleSoft software is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Modern, high-tech dental practice Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Excellent workplace culture and employee perks If you're a dedicated Dental Assistant who enjoys building relationships with patients and contributing to a positive, high-quality dental experience, we'd love to hear from you.
