Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk team member familiar with Open dental Software . If you don't have dental experience please do not apply. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our front office, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the appointment calendar. Handle medical records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding patient inquiries and appointment updates. Stay updated on dental terminology to assist in patient interactions related to dental services. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with medical office management practices and procedures is highly desirable. Proficiency in using computerized systems for managing medical records and scheduling is essential.. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact effectively with patients and staff.
