The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and comfortable helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and follow proper infection-control procedures Take dental X-rays when qualified and permitted Prepare instruments, materials, and supplies for treatment Update patient medical histories and information Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized Provide patients with basic pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions Communicate clearly with both English- and Arabic-speaking patients Help answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments when needed Assist with verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits Help update patient and insurance information in the office system Assist with other office duties as needed Qualifications Fluent or highly proficient in Arabic and English Dental assisting experience preferred Dental office experience preferred Strong communication and patient-service skills Comfortable using computers and learning dental software Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional Able to multitask and work well in a busy dental office Willing to learn and assist the team where needed We are looking for someone who works well with patients, takes initiative, and is willing to grow with the practice.
