Join Our Team! Driscoll Orthodontics is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic team member to join our growing practice. We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, and can thrive in a busy orthodontic office. This position is ideal for someone who is personable, attentive, and eager to learn. Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is welcome, but not required. We're happy to provide training for the right individual. What You'll Do Support the orthodontist throughout patient visits, treatments, and clinical procedures. Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining X-rays, impressions, and other necessary diagnostic records. Help ensure appointments run smoothly by staying one step ahead of the doctor's and patients' needs. Explain and review appropriate care instructions with patients and families before and after procedures. Prepare treatment areas by arranging instruments, supplies, and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary clinical environment, including proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment. Enter patient information accurately and keep electronic records current. Work closely with the front office, clinical team, and management to support an efficient and positive patient experience.
