This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical assisting and helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Take digital X-rays and support clinical workflow as needed Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience Present and explain treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-ups Support front office operations when needed (phones, scheduling, patient flow) Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Experience as a Dental Assistant required Strong communication and patient education skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow clinical and administrative skill set Modern, patient-centered dental practice
