Job Description
Company Overview Summit Family Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, energetic person to join our team. No experience necessary . We will train you and pay for your dental x-ray certification. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in the dental field and wants to learn multiple areas of a busy dental office without the cost or commitment of attending dental school. Job Overview This is a floater position, so your day-to-day resposibilites will vary depending on what the office needs. You may help out at the front desk one day and assist the clinical team the next. Responsibilities Support dental procedures by sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection prevention protocols, and assisting with chairside procedures. Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and manage appointment scheduling using patient management software. Operate dental equipment including X-ray machines and 3D scanners while adhering to radiation safety standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Learning different areas of the dental practice and filling in wherever needed. Provide administrative support by answering phones. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced setting.
