The candidate must have a passion and understanding of cooking. As Prep Manager, you must be dependable, self-reliant, and passionate about high-level meat production. What you'll do:
  • Ensure BBQ and all meat items meet the restaurant's specifications and commitment to BBQ excellence
  • Stocks all stations daily with required meat items
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to learn and build on leadership skills
  • Maintain accurate inventories, orders and receivables
  • Consistently ensure the pit area remains clean and organized

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a culinary leadership role

  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

Pay:
