Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental practice in Shelby Township, MI, to find an experienced Dental Assistant to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a close-knit, highly experienced environment and has a strong background in surgical procedures and implant dentistry . What You'll Do Assist with surgical and implant dentistry procedures Prepare and organize surgical instruments, materials, and treatment rooms Obtain and coordinate medical clearances Support the dentist and clinical team throughout procedures Provide exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships Stay organized and maintain excellent time management in a busy environment Communicate effectively with patients and team members What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental assisting experience required Experience with surgical procedures and implant dentistry Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills Team player with a positive, dependable attitude Calm and level-headed when the office gets busy OpenDental experience preferred
Schedule Monday & Thursday:
7:30 AM•4:30
PM Tuesday & Wednesday:

Team members have worked together for many years, with the newest employee having been with the practice for two years and the longest-tenured employee for 30 years. The practice takes a holistic approach to dentistry , with a strong emphasis on hygiene and patient health. The practice is also primarily fee-for-service and does not participate with insurance, with a high percentage of patients utilizing the practice's in-house membership plan. Why This Opportunity?
