Must demonstrate mastery in chairside assisting, sterilization, digital imaging, inventory control, patient communication, and support for complex treatments. Leadership in training, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency required.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary chairside assistant for all procedures, including implants, extractions, crowns, endodontics, and cosmetic cases Lead clinical team in daily operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to protocols Train and supervise junior assistants; uphold clinical standards across all procedures Maintain full control of operatory readiness, sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance Take high-quality digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions (digital and analog) Manage inventory ordering, restocking, and supply budgeting Ensure smooth patient flow and support efficient scheduling and room turnover Communicate effectively with providers, labs, and front office to coordinate treatment Handle patient education, treatment plan reviews, and post-op instructions with clarity and authority
