Someone Who Has:

2+ years oral surgery experience (non-negotiable•you know the ropes!) Active Minnesota Dental Assisting License (required) 2+ years leadership experience (you've supervised, coached, and inspired a team before) Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week Strong problem-solving + communication skills The ability to motivate while keeping people accountable A love for creating a supportive, professional, patient-first environment Why Join Us?
