We're seeking a dental assistant who shares this mindset and wants to play an active role in helping patients feel better, both physically and emotionally.
What You'll Do:
Assist the endodontist during root canal treatments, retreatments, and microsurgical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments with precision and consistency. Take clear digital radiographs and CBCT volumes. Assist with detailed clinical documentation in the EHR. Support a calm, comfortable environment for patients, especially those in pain or distress. Provide thoughtful pre- and post-operative instructions tailored to each patient's needs. Stay current with safety protocols, infection control, and HIPAA compliance. Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to ensure each patient receives individualized care.

The ideal candidate is: Calm under pressure and able to put anxious patients at ease. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy. Compassionate and communicative, someone who truly listens to patients. Motivated by helping others and being part of a small, purpose-driven team.
