Job Description

Job Summary Licensed Dental Assistant — Saint Paul, MN McGann Dental, a well-established general dentistry practice in the Highland Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, is looking for an experienced Licensed Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. What you'll do: Assist chairside during a variety of general dentistry procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process dental x-rays Support patients through clear aligner treatment (impressions/scans, fittings, patient education) Maintain accurate clinical documentation Maintain OSHA manual and compliance recordkeeping Collaborate closely with the dentist and rest of the team to keep the day running smoothly What we're looking for:
Required:
Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license
Required:
Prior experience as a dental assistant Clear aligner experience strongly preferred (Invisalign or similar) Restorative Functions certification a plus, but not required Experience with EagleSoft a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude What we offer: $35-$40+/hour depending on experience No evenings or weekends - we are open Monday-Wednesday 7:30-5:00 and every other Thursday 6:30-2:00 Paid vacation and sick time, 401K match, CE, license and scrub allowance.
