Job Description
Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a community health center dedicated to providing quality healthcare to individuals in Ava, Gainesville, Mansfield, Mountain Grove, Theodosia, Cabool, and Houston. Our team has been caring for patients since 1997 and is committed to expanding our services. We are looking for a competent dental assistant to join our dental team working on our dental bus. This person will make the patients' experience more efficient and pleasant for patients. You will ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think independently and act decisively when needed. Preference will be given to candidates with current Dental Assistant certification. Candidates should have a solid understanding of dental procedures and the ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards. A willingness to travel to other clinic locations is required. We offer the option of choosing a 4- or 5-day work week.
