The ideal candidate will have experience in dental receptionist duties and medical administrative support. The Business Assistant will be goal oriented, positive, and professional, as they will handle checking patients out after treatment and cleanings. This position needs to be team-centric, innovative, organized and detail focused with the ability to multitask.
Duties:
Reschedule appointments based on the patient and Dentist's availability and needs Greet patients and family as they exit the practice after treatment and cleanings Record broken appointments and last minute cancellations in the patient's chart Analyze data to determine answers to questions from patients or members of the public Maintain patient records Accountability, coaching, and development Schedule appointments Processing Claims and Billing Statements Delivering marketing campaigns Reviewing accounts receivable and collections Interfacing with insurance companies Present Treatment Plans and Collect Co-pays Maintain and Organize other front office duties as assigned Organize and prioritize your duties This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to patient care!
