In person Duties Assist the dentist chairside during various procedures in general dentistry, Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing dental instruments and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly in accordance with dental sterilization procedures and infection prevention management policies Take digital dental x-rays Manage patient records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Process dental instruments efficiently through proper sterilization techniques and aseptic methods to uphold infection control standards Manage patient flow with excellent customer service skills Qualifications Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting with knowledge of dental terminology, and clinical procedures Proficiency in Dental software systems such as Eaglesoft Strong understanding of infection prevention management and healthcare infection control expertise Ability to perform dental assisting duties including chairside assisting, dental instrument processing, and four-handed dentistry techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with patients about post-operative instruction and treatment plans while maintaining professional demeanor Join us in delivering outstanding dental care by combining your technical skills with compassionate patient management.
