If so, we'd love to meet you. Our thriving general dental practice in Columbia, MO is seeking a skilled and confident RDA to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about patient education, excels in four-handed dentistry, and knows how to build trust quickly with both patients and teammates. This position is for experienced dental assistants only. Applicants must meet the qualifications listed below. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Dental Assistant who has: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status Minimum of 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience Strong proficiency in four-handed dentistry Excellent chairside and clinical skills The ability to clearly explain treatment and procedures to patients A patient-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly A team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic If you are early in your career or still in training, this position is likely not the right fit. Your Role As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Assist doctors efficiently during procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Educate patients on recommended treatment Help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care Support smooth daily operations Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
7:45 AM - 5:00
PM Some Fridays:
