This position is for experienced dental assistants only. Applicants must meet the qualifications listed below. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Dental Assistant who has: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status Minimum of 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience Strong proficiency in four-handed dentistry Excellent chairside and clinical skills The ability to clearly explain treatment and procedures to patients A patient-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly A team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic If you are early in your career or still in training, this position is likely not the right fit. Your Role As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Assist doctors efficiently during procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Educate patients on recommended treatment Help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care Support smooth daily operations Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
