We are looking for a Full Time Dental Assistant / Hygiene Assistant / Floater to help support our doctors, hygienists, and clinical team and keep our office running smoothly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and working as part of a team. The role will vary throughout the day depending on where help is needed most — assisting our hygienists, helping with patients, turning over rooms, sterilizing instruments, stocking supplies, and providing additional support to our dental assistants and clinical team. Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. What You'll Do Depending on the needs of the office, responsibilities may include: Assist our dental hygienists throughout the day Seat patients and prepare treatment rooms Take and record patient information as trained and permitted Help prepare patients for their appointments Assist with room turnover between patients Clean and disinfect treatment rooms according to office protocols Transport, clean, package, sterilize, and organize dental instruments Maintain sterilization areas and follow infection-control procedures Set up rooms and instruments for upcoming procedures Restock operatories and hygiene rooms Monitor clinical supplies and notify the appropriate team member when items are running low Help dental assistants prepare for procedures Provide chairside assistance when trained and needed Help keep the clinical area clean, organized, and ready for patients Assist with laboratory and other clinical tasks as trained Escort patients throughout the office Communicate with the front office and clinical team to help maintain patient flow Jump in wherever help is needed to keep the day running smoothly Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are dependable and show up ready to work Have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others Like staying busy and don't need to be told every time something needs to be done Are organized and pay attention to details Work quickly while still doing things correctly Are comfortable interacting with patients Work well as part of a team Are willing to learn new skills Can adapt when priorities change throughout the day Take cleanliness, organization, and infection control seriously Are comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the workday Take pride in helping your coworkers and contributing to a great patient experience Experience Dental experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Pay:

$16.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 - 40.0 per week
