St. Louis Kids! What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and clinical team in providing exceptional pediatric dental care while helping create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families.Your responsibilities will include:
Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with applicable safety regulations Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance Support the clinical team with daily patient care and office operations Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementPreferred Qualifications:
Previous experience or knowledge in a dental or medical setting preferred, but not required Active dental assistant certification preferred, but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient-focused approach to working with children and familiesWhat Makes You Successful:
