As we build for the future, we're looking for an experienced Front Desk team member who wants to be part of something meaningful. The right person will:
Bring real front desk experience. You've worked the front of a dental (or similar medical) office before — scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and handling a busy phone line with ease. Lead with care. You genuinely love taking care of people. Patients feel welcomed the moment they walk in, and your teammates can count on you. Think on your feet. Schedules shift, insurance questions get complicated, and things come up. You stay calm, solve problems, and keep things moving. Communicate clearly.
